Prepare your interview kit
Companies will usually tell you what you need to bring for an interview, but it’s good to have an ‘interview kit’ prepared so that you can go for interviews at a moment’s notice, or for career fairs and other networking events.

Your interview kit should contain the following items:
-
At least two copies of your CV
Make sure you update the CV copies in your interview kit at the same time as you update your CV. -
Photostat copies of your degrees/diplomas, certificates, testimonials and any documents supporting your qualifications
Keep one set in your document case at all times. Remember to add copies of any new supporting documents that you receive. -
Passport-sized photos for the application form
Bring at least two. -
Pen and notebook to fill out forms or take notes during the interview
Do not depend on the interviewer to provide stationery for your use! It's a good idea to take notes during the interview.
Keep these items neatly in a briefcase or a document case.
