The Deloitte Sports Club runs many activities throughout the year such as the Inter-Accounting Firm Games (IAFG) and marathons. Casual and Flexi Fridays
Every Friday, we adopt a business casual dress code for employees to feel more relaxed and comfortable at work. In addition to dressing down, all employees are also allowed to leave work at 4pm on Fridays, provided they have no pending assignments or deadlines to meet.

We realise the increasing importance of social media as a connecting tool, and thus allow the access of social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter during working hours. We also regularly use the Lync instant messaging system that connects all Deloitte employees around the world.
