I would describe myself as a climber and my life was climbing. As a climber, I was a challenger seeker who always climbs to greater height. At the same time, I was a learner and seek improvement at any point of my life.

 

I managed to complete my course in psychology in 2 1/2 years with second class upper. During my academic year, I was listed in dean list for two consecutive years (2009 & 2010). At the same time, I had done well in balance my university life with academic and activities. With my time management and multitask skills, I am able to submit my assignments before due date and also responsible on the role I played in activities or organisation.

 

In three year of study, I always active with activities. I joined international organization (AIESEC) and involved in organizing few program. Besides that, I take role such as treasurer, secretary and committee member in UKM Chinese committee community, One day without shoes program, AIESEC Annual Dinner and Dance and AIESEC National Convention (NATCON). All these experiences let me grow and develop.

To enhance my soft skills rather than study only, I attended few seminars which further develop me to become a quality graduate. I attended Local and Malaysia Leadership Development seminar organizes by AIESEC, participant in business plan writing and other. With all experiences and psychology knowledge, it makes me differ and better person.

 

In future, I would like to play a role in human resource which contributes in improving workplace experiences which employee can highly perform and achieve job satisfaction. With my psychology background, it put me extra edge in dealing with people.
